When ordering skates with assembly and sharpening, an additional 1-2 working days will be added.

Yes, we offer invoicing via Svea Ekonomi with a 14-day payment term. To pay by invoice, you must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a registered address in Sweden
- Undergo a credit check via Svea Ekonomi
For companies, we also offer business invoicing with a 30-day payment term.
We will assist you with the complaint and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
The following items are not covered by the right of return:
- Skates where you have ordered assembly and sharpening
- Dresses that are custom-made
- Tights where the packaging is opened
For other items, a 14-day return policy applies from the date you receive the item.
