The carbon-fiber sole contributes to the reduced weight, while a rubber layer under the sole makes it resistant to drying out and wear. In addition, the blade is less likely to shift.

Pre-formed ankle areas reduce pressure on the ankle bones. The antibacterial lining helps keep the boot fresher and makes it more breathable. Extra ankle wrap with zinc hooks in a zigzag pattern makes it easier to lace the skates over the shaft, while reducing the risk of the skate laces coming undone.

Padding at the entry and over the tongue reduces irritation around the ankles and makes it easier to put on.
